Interview was good. But I didn't joined. Because I don't like their work culture. I also got an offer letter but rejected. The overall interview was good and the HR was also good their behaviour was also good.

Aptitude test (Google Forms) selects everyone who attempts aptitude for the next round , Virtual Group Discussion (e.g., Women Empowerment, Robots vs. Humans) lasted up to 10mins with 25 groups each group consisting of 15 memebers , and a 10-minute virtual interview are parts of the selection process.
