Didn't make it to actually speaking to a person, they required 6 essay questions and an essay before they tell you if you are a candidate. All that work and they spend zero time really understanding their candidates. I would suggest they do what many companies are doing, ask for a resume first, if that person meets the minimum requirements...then send the 6 essay questions and ask for a video. The process showed me why AF has so many openings and confirmed the negative reviews on here. The don't respect people's time or place expectations on people, that Senior Management is meeting themselves.
