Phone interview then in person demo and interview. I had to show a sample lesson to teachers and administrators who work at the school. I was offered the job at the end of the on-site interview.

The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.
