The interview process begins with a phone screen with a network recruiter, who then puts you in touch with a talent partner if you are to be invited for a finalist interview. The talent partner schedules the finalist interview, and then puts you in touch with a second talent partner who is housed at the school you've been matched with. The second talent partner conducts a pre-interview phone call to help prepare you for the in-person finalist interview. During the in-person interview, you can expect to be given a tour of the school, have an opportunity to observe classes, give a demo lesson to a full class of students, debrief the lesson, and finally go through the formal interview. Those present at your interview will include the talent partner, the dean of your department, and the principal of the school.
