They brought people in groups to do spec work within 45 minutes. Once past the first round, we had to do additional spec work and a brief interview. Overall the process was straightforward, but the practice of spec work is frowned upon in the creative industry. I was under the impression they were hiring for one position but it turned out to be three. I didn't find out until day 1.
