Straightforward, but the hiring manager wasn't open to outside criticism of anything pertaining to individuals that held his position in any past company I had thought could have done things better for the workers.

The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.
