They ask a few questions and it's just as simple as that. You don't have to take a questionnaire or anything like that. Just talk for a couple minutes and then you're done.
The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.

Asked the normal questions, and I thought it went well until I asked about if hired, asking for a day off that I had already planned. and a man behind me on the comment had to make a snard comment about it.
