First round is very casual, second round is more technical (meteorology questions) and general interview questions, third round is audio sample and written forecast, 4th round is the final round more technical and forecasting questions 3 hr process

The management contacted me through phone and email and was very considerate of other obligations at the time. The interview process was very thorough and a collaborative environment and was warming, welcoming, and inviting.
