Was contacted via email for an interview. All communication was by email, not phone. Although a professional position and I submitted a resume, I was asked to fill out an application when I arrived and had to include all information (no writing "see resume"). Although the HR Director said she was going to decide on second interviews in two days, I did not hear from her. I also did not hear from her after a phone call, or after a later email. A coupld of weeks later, she emailed me that I was not selected, but the position is still posted on the job boards (a couple of weeks now).
