2 rounds: 1. First Round: Fit interview with a Manager. 2. Second Round: Case study interview with a manager, director, and head of operations. Case study involved a deep dive into a sector of their choosing, involving sustainability benchmarking of key players, gold standard initiatives & strategies, and providing key recommendations both for organisations in the space and to AA on how to enter that specific sector.

1 phone call and 2 rounds of interviews. First round was with a manager and more fit questions. 2nd round was a case study interviews presented to senior leadership which involved an industry they chose and required candidates to analyse the market and the type of services the company could work on.
