I recieveved a phone call form a recruiter stating he had picked up my resume on an online head hunter site and it peaked his interest. In my resume I had posted a familiarity with a foreign language that is spoken in a country where they had recieved contracts with the US Government. The interviewer was laid back and had talked at length about positions he could refer me to if ATS culdn't make use of my skillset. I conducted a phone listening speaking test with a language consultant from within the company. This was a seperate phone call taking palce a few days later. I spoke, briefly, with the interviewer who said they had determined my potential and would advise the recruiter on the next steps to take regarding a job offer. The interviewer recommended several options and referred me to two different language schools. He advised me to brush up before taking the companie's entrance exam and even gave me the name of the exam design company to learn exactly what I could expect from the exam.

Recruitment process was wonderful, the recruiter kept me very well informed, and frequently updated me. I went through the testing process, but tested lower on the translation test than was needed.
