I was invited to an interview via Zoom. It went well and the conversation was very positive and natural. I was told that the interviewer wanted me to interview a second time, this time with the person with who I would be working. I verified that she would contact me via email for the follow up interview before saying goodbye and hanging up. I followed up with a thank you email the next day. I never heard from her again, despite following up one more time, 4 days later. It was very discouraging after such a positive interview to not even be afforded the courtesy of a notification.
