Applied online with recruiter, interview was about 45mins on Teams. The interviewing manager barely looked at my CV as she completely missed my portfolio link. She did not seem very enthusiastic about her job or the role she was recruiting for. I thought the interview went well, but in the end I never heard back from her or the recruitment agency. Not a word, no feedback, no 'thank you but you were unsuccessful".
