As a new grad they asked questions regarding feedback I had been given at each former clinical site I had worked at. They described their PT care model, the EMR used, and the different opportunities available at different sites. Next steps include an in person interview with the clinic director at the specific sites.

Human Resources made a phone call, then I spoke with regional director then clinic director over the phone and then in person. Very casual conversation and was not too serious.
The process takes place with a recruiter and varies as you continue through the process. They are all very welcoming and understanding individuals who provide significant workplace information. After, they set you up with a local recruiter in the area that fits you best. This is when you find more information about specific clinics and workplace situations.
