I had a disappointing experience with this interview process. Firstly, I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time throughout the stages, which was already frustrating. After completing both the initial interview and the technical assessment, I was told that I wasn’t selected—not because of my skills or qualifications, but simply because the client had already filled the positions they needed. This made the entire process feel pointless and like a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and respect for candidates' time is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this process to anyone.
