First, I submitted my portfolio and resume. Then they sent me a design challenge to complete in a few days. After that, I had a virtual interview where we discussed my process, tools I use, and some previous projects. Lastly, there was a panel round with the design team.

It was the first interview with the HR and prior to it I had to go through a gamified test. I like that it was not just question after question, but a full own discussion. The interviewer instead of starting with "tell me about yourself" she asked me to describe my experience in chronological order, she wanted to get to know more that the CV. So it was much easier to talk on more detail and to answer clarifying questions as we go on.
