The interview process at Accenture Philippines was structured and efficient. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by an online assessment that tested cognitive and problem-solving skills. After passing the assessment, I was invited for a behavioral interview with HR, where they focused on my experience, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The final stage was a technical interview with a panel, where they asked role-specific questions and tested my knowledge through situational scenarios.
