Somewhat lengthy --- about 2 months, and that was after being referred to the position by an internal employee. The interview process is quite thorough. You do need to know your space and your industry/ies.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
