Unprofessional HR. They called me to get details and told me that there would be an interview later that week. On the said day, I wait for a call but there was no call or mail. So I called them to find out. That's when they tell me that they do not have enough budget to pay me and so they decided not to go forward with my application. They lack communication skills and don't value candidate's time or energy.
