1st Round - Telephonic Discussion with basic questions - 15- 20 minutes
2nd Round - Telephonic Discussion with basic questions with medium difficulty questions covering .Net MVC and SQL - 30 minutes
3rd Round - Manager discussion with higher Management. Discussion on higher level concepts but not in depth
4th Round - HR discussion and salary negotiation
When I got another offer which was 4 lacs more than TCS, TCS HR promised to counter that in written on email but reneged 7 days before joining and did not give me revised compensation letter so I had to join on my initial offer.
But she then gave me joining Bonus of 1 lac.
first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
