There are 3 rounds of interviews. First is the cognitive and coding assessment. If you clear this you will selected for the communication assessment. This is not an elimination round. Finally you will have online interview. Afterwhich your performance will be evaluated on the basis of all the 3 rounds for getting employed in Accenture.

They will ask you about your projects, how did you overcome difficult situations, questions related to your technical skills etc
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
