The overall hiring process at Accenture is quite lengthy and lacks consistency. The process took more than a month to complete, with multiple rounds including: • HR Round • Technical Round • AVP Round • Final Round One major concern is the lack of clarity and coordination throughout the process. There is no defined timeline for scheduling subsequent rounds, which leads to long waiting periods and uncertainty for candidates. Additionally, I faced significant inconsistencies in interview alignment: • I applied for an R2R (Record to Report) role • However, during interviews, I was asked taxation-related questions • In one instance, the panel mentioned they were hiring for a Tax Senior Associate role, which was completely different from the position I applied for I also had to go through the technical round multiple times (three times), which felt repetitive and inefficient. ⚠️ Key Issues: • Poor communication regarding timelines • Misalignment between job role and interview panel expectations • Repetitive interview rounds without clear feedback ✅ Suggestion: The company should improve internal coordination and role clarity to enhance the candidate experience.

Its long but worth waiting for but there will be delay in processing offer letter and it will take minimum 15 days to process. Thank you I accepted the offer

It was a lengthy and cumbersome application process (Need to apply in their ATS, filling in all the details, upload your resume) followed by no response for months from their recruiting team, not even a TBNT note. I was very disappointed by the unprofessionalism.
