Our interview process includes an initial phone call with HR, an in-person HR meeting, a technical test, and a final interview with HR, the Project Manager, and the Team Leader.
My Accenture interview as a fresher was straightforward. It began with an aptitude test covering reasoning, math, and verbal skills. The technical round focused on my project, basic programming, and data structures. The HR interview was a relaxed conversation about my background and career aspirations. The interviewers were approachable and made the experience smooth.
