Struttura di colloqui di lavoro ben fatta e consolidata, nella quale si redigono valutazioni in termini di qualità fornita dalla risorsa in contesti di lavoro di squadra ed individuali. Peccato che non tutte le fasi siano seguite da HR, in modo da poter fare da garante in fase di colloquio.

Chiedono una descrizione di sé e delle motivazioni che spingono alla candidatura. In fase di colloquio tecnico verranno affrontati questiti all'infuori delle vostre conoscenze al fine di valutare le vostre capacità di problem solving e di adattabilità a contesti a voi estranei.

1st interview with HR( Anna was the interviewer terrible experience with her!!)
2nd with manager( case study)
Last with partner (case study)
General experience was really bad as they didn’t know what skills they want from the candidate. Really pretentious!! Avoid them!!
I applied online and the interview took place on teams. 1- group interview: corporate presentation of Accenture, individual presentation of each candidate, solving a business case in team. 2- technical interview with manager: individual presentation, verification of logical-mathematical skills, questions in English
