We were tasked to produce full clickable prototypes for both desktop and mobile, while having full research plans done with interviews and survey results in a week, which is too much to ask for and a waste of time. Similar skills could be tested for with a change in interview format.

Process: Referral, screening call with recruiter, interview with 2 design managers (mix of behavioral and talking about past work). Reached out multiple times after interview with no response or update.

Entrevista
The interviewer was very professional and made sure I am comfortable first no death stares no out of the line expressions. Overall good experience they'll first try to know about your education and qualifications then questions about the job role.
