Worst interview process ever. I know if my experience make any impact on recruitment process or not. But still I genuinely wanted to make others aware about this scam. Usually first there is technical round followed by managerial and HR round. I have cleared all rounds and received congratulations mail from Accenture as well. The mail mentioned we will reach to you for offer discussion soon. Same time I checked Accenture portal , it was mentioned as due to demand availability we are delaying your candidature. First of all I visited there office location only for 10 minutes interview on 1 day before this happen. Even when HR was completely aware about demand issue, they asked me to submit all my documents. Was HR not aware about the demand availability issue that time? Second after receiving congratulations mail and seeing that message on portal I tried to contact Accenture HR n number of times. Any of the person from HR team didn't reply, I wrote mails, I called my POC . She simply ignored me. Truly unprofessional behaviour dear!!! At least show some professionalism Accenture to send this over mail or simply don't send congratulations mail. I must say you need to work on your internal portal and recruitment process first rather than providing a great solution to valueable clients. Will definately tell you, I will never apply Accenture again, also As I am seeing you are behaving this with lots of candidates, I am pretty much sure it will cost you for your trustablity.
