First of all a phone call and then I had two more interviews. On the first call, the woman was very attentive and straightforward. The second interview was a video call and the person asked the classic questions, talk about yourself, tell me about your last experience, and so on.
Round 1 - Essay writing on any random topic they choose
Round 2 -First round of Interview where they mainly focus on your communication
Round 3 - HR Discussion about the company and your personal details and company policies, client and also they check communication and confidence in this round too.

An examination of language skills and an interview were administered to evaluate proficiency and communication abilities during the assessment process. While some questions posed challenges, the interviewers exhibited kindness, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere that facilitated effective communication during the interview.
