Very informal, more of a character assessment. Was recommended by a current employee, so full interview not needed. Was a standing interview in an office and was very relaxed. adding more words here

1. Initial Interview (hr) - Checking if experience is aligned to the job posting
2. Technical Interview - related to the technologies they are looking for
3. Interview with onshore hiring manager and technical lead - another set of technical interview and overview of the role
