The interview process was very smooth. 1st was a telephonic conversation with the HR who scheduled a Skills/Technical Interview (Telephonic). The Skills interview was of 30 minutes and was based on experience. Rejection mail was received after 2 days as the experience didn't match with the requirement. So over all very positive experience as most companies do not bother to send a rejection email. Only not so good experience is that the HR didn't share the job description through email.
