Entrevista
It was a detailed process consisting of technical, in person and panel discussion. The whole process took about 3 weeks including BG verification, drug test and employment verification. I am happy I was able to clear this many levels of screening, I enjoy working with this employer very much.

Getting multiple calls from multiple teams
Junior resources screening senior candidates.No coordination between teams.
HR is not available. Questions are based on the screening candidates capability and not the other way round.

Interview Process is very slow.. response is also very slow. Referral through contacts is the best way to get in. two rounds of interviews and than a HR interview. Salary negotiation is some what uncomfortable..
