A bit disorganized and long response time. The interviewee wasnt super engaged and seemed to not fully be listening to my responses. Was meant to be a 1 hour interview but only lasted ~45 mins.

The whole process was very slow. It took more than one week to know the result. Also, the hiring manager was not aware of the recruiting processes. After several rounds, I got no indication from them if I moved further or not.
