Absolutely unprofessional!
First with recruiting agency, then two interviews with two hiring managers.
They ghosted me for more than two months with no update about my application. Then they send me a simple email saying they had better application in the "pipeline". They see applicants as products!

HR called and told me that I cleared the 1st round. After that no response. My profile is on hold now. But I was expecting this from Accenture as I have read about such experiences in multiple job portals. Please be better next time.
