El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture (Budapest) en mar 2022
Entrevista
I was refered by a friend. The interview had 2 rounds, both online with a video call.
The HR round was very typical, they told me about the company and how they operate, some projects and the training options. The HR lady was very kind and we discussed a few questions in English.
The technical round was 1 hour long with a people lead who was also a tech lead. We talked for about 20 minutes in English about my CV and my previous projects, he wanted to know if I could discuss technical details of my work (and also about my experiences). Then he asked about the frameworks and technologies that I mentioned in my CV. Make sure that you actually know about the stuff you put in your CV because they will ask about everything. Then I had to explain the SOLID principles as if I were to tell them to a junior colleague. Some design patterns, multithreading and front-end questions.
The interviewer was a super nice, chill person, he made sure that I was comfortable during the interview and he told me that he does not mean to embarass me by asking something I do not have experience with.
I got an offer the next morning.
first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
