First step interview with HR for 20 mins through the phone, they ask some basic questions. And then the Team interview for 1 hour with 2 people through an online meeting, which to understand the candidate background, view portfolio demo, introduce the company and team

The process starts with a resume and portfolio screening.
This is followed by an HR interview.
Next is a UX interview focused on portfolio and design process.
A design task may be included.
The final round is with a manager or design lead.

I was asked to walk through a UX project from my portfolio and explain the design decisions I made.
Process: Referral, screening call with recruiter, interview with 2 design managers (mix of behavioral and talking about past work). Reached out multiple times after interview with no response or update.
