1. Received a call from Hr about the job opening. 2. I got an online assessment link that is valid for 2days(48 hours). 3. on successful completion, I received a mail to select a slot for technical interview. 4. Attended technical interview for 30 minutes. Gave my very best. Answered all the questions with the most suitable answer. Interviewer ended my interview within 30 minutes, saying that i have proved my work experience by answering every single questions. 5. got a mail to upload basic documents. 6. Finally a call came from hr about my first online test, stating that my video quality in the test is very poor and there is a glitch in the test. So they requested me to retake the test. 7. Had HR discussion about ctc. 8. i followed whatever they said. But again got a call from hr, said the same thing about my video glitch. 9. Again i somehow arranged for a new resource with good quality camera. Took up the online test for the third time successfully. 10. after two days i saw my application status in portal with a message - "We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening." :-( All my efforts are wasted, my bad.
