Hi,
Accenture called me for and schduled telephonic interview as first round. Interview questions are normal and from basics , after that no communication for atleast 15 days , then suddenly they called me and schduled second round of interview , questions are again basics and normal. after that again no information for around 20 days, then i got a call for a face to face interview and interviewer told me i am selected and HR will call me. After 15 days i got a mail that i am selected during technical round of the interview process.
After doing the above process of atleast 2 months, one day i got a call again from them that i have to start from initial phase as now they aree considering me for a new profile.
Accenture requitment process is very bad and without any direction and flow. They just play with the candidates and waste the time of candidates with there bad practices.So please dont get excited after receining any commitment from accenture as they are not reliable company till you have the letter in hand.
Almeno tre colloqui, pianificazione complessa e poca chiarezza della posizione. L'effettiva posizione viene confermata solo in fase di offerta, probabilmente provano prima a vendere la figura professionale al cliente.
Nel mio caso la posizione non rispettava a pieno quella per la quale mi sono candidato
