1. Technical round. 2. Managerial round (They may ask you to code). 3. HR. They conduct the fake interviews. They will conduct the interview with all due diligence of the candidate. They will ask you to show ID in every round of interview. When you are done with the HR round. They will send you the email asking for documents and stating you are one step closer to join the Accenture. Here the candidate thinks that he is done with all the interviews and submitted all the document and expecting the offer letter. But wait here is a twist, they will keep your candidature on hold stating some absurd reason. They will call you on the weekend also for documents as there is any urgent opening. but then they will make you to wait indefinitely. My only question is why to waste somebody's time when you don't have anything to offer them. I urge everybody to don't fall in this trap of fake interviews and avoid joining such companies with all these cheap tactics.
