I would like to start with the application process on Accenture-India tool which is pretty messy. We can't apply most of the times as it keeps saying that my resume still exists in the portal.
But after much try, i was able to apply for the position in the month of Oct,2020 in SAP stream for which i got a call immediately in the same week. There were 3 rounds in total where 2 of them were conducted the same week. The technical round was neither too easy ,nor too difficult. One thing which i liked the most in this round was that ,i was asked on the latest scopes of my technology including its latest offerings in IOT and stuffs.It was very interactive and recruiter was very professional and cordial at the same time. For the 3rd round , i had to wait for next month i.e. November and i was being told that i have been selected by the HR. Then there was no communication between us until Feb, 2021 and then all of a sudden i was called and told to resubmit my documents immediately. I had changed my company by then so i was asked to submit my documents from my current org too. After done with all the formalities, i got an auto generated congratulations mail from Accenture that i have been selected and i will soon be called for salary discussion. In the portal , i could see the status as my offer has already been initiated and awaiting my acceptance but there was no communication on that part again for a week. So, i tried reaching out to the HR from my end ,where i was offered a package lesser than what i am already earning so i had to request for rejection.

It was very vague they were taking rounds of 15 mins and at last shortlisted all girls
No boy was selected
The Principal was very biased towards gender and that was very bad

Do you have an experience of working on salesforce?
Very straightforward questions and answer. Typical know how. You will also be interviewed by the team who you will work with. So 2 sets of interviews. Just be yourself. Some interviewers are also kind enough
They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial.
I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview.
I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
