Started off with an initial phone screening with basic questions about resume; moved onto first round (another phone) with some more basic questions. the second round was another phone dealing with behavioral questions. the final round consisted of 2 hour long interviews with 2 managers both of which were behavioral and one had a hypothetical

Entré por un programa llamado ISDI que recolecta recién graduados de la universidad, así que no hice ni entrevista, me dijeron a través de un llamada si estaría interesada en participar, dije que si, y poco después estaba entrando en un curso de dos meses de transformación digital con mis futuros compañeros de trabajo

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

About the previous job experience and cross questions from there
Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
