I will explain my experience through series of events that happened to me in Accenture - Hyderabad. First a consultancy has scheduled my interview for position of - PEGA Team Lead.I got a call for my interview and next day I have given my 1st technical interview over phone. Interview was cool.Everything was in place. Next day - I check my status online and it was showing as "Pending for F2F round". I waited for around two weeks .Later on suddenly some HR has called me and asked me to come to Hyderabad Office on Saturday to attend the interview. (2nd Week) - When I reached to Hyderabad office,I was shocked to see that there was huge crowd gathered and there was some walk-in going on there for different positions . I tried to explained them that this is my 2nd round and so plz make it quick.However as they were asking to other guys,they have asked me to fill lot of details starting from your academic till date with score and experience and salaries etc etc. I filled all those details then I waited there for 1 hour later on I left the place. (3rd Week) - Again after a week I got a call from them to come on next weekend(Saturday) to attend the interview and I am sure they were again calling me on the weekend drive days. So I refused to go to attend the interview on weekends. (4th week) - Again they have called me and scheduled a web-cam interview which I have given and everything was fine.I was expecting that this process will move further. BUT BUT .. (5th Week) - After a week some HR has called me and asked me to come to hyderabad office for F2F round.Just imagine ...Same story ...I asked them that my interview has been completed,then they told me that "Web - cam "interview was dismissed as they want to take the interview F2F(I mean then why they have scheduled the interview). (6th Week) - Any way I have gone to attend the interview and everything has gone smooth.After a week I have seen that my status was showing as "Pending for Final Round". (7th Week) - My online status got updated as "Pending for Final Round". However later on I have waited for 4 weeks to get some call from HR team but it was of no use. TILL 12th WEEK THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM HR TEAM. (13th Week) - Suddenly on 13th Week I got a call from HR that I have been scheduled for Final round which would be telephonic Managerial round. (14th Week ) - I am still waiting for the Last round to get completed.
