After long circus of months, technical interview got scheduled. Procedure went like- Technical discussion- HR Round- Managerial round. Technical discussion- It was mostly scenario based questions and some basic coding questions. Went around an hour. After tech discussion, I myself has to remind the HR for further rounds then she called me and scheduled HR round. It went well and I was asked to upload all the documents for which they kept calling me as they have made up their mind to release offer letter. After HR discussion, I got scheduled with a manager round which didn't had any experience on frontend technologies so he asked me JAVA questions even though the profile was clearly for UI developer. I could respond some of the questions and showed my willingness to learn java. By the same night, I got a mail saying that your candidature is rejected without any further call/negotiations from HR. Outcome of the entire process was zero.
