I got a mail from Accenture with interview details. I reached the venue at 11am as scheduled. The person in charge asked to fill candidate form and after that i was asked to wait in break out area.
After an hour, I asked about assessment and he told me to wait for some time. I got HR call after a while and she asked me about employment details.
But after this there were no updates, i called again and he said panel is not available please wait.
After waiting for almost 5 hours, he told me that panel is not available to take interview. They are busy in office meetings.
He told us to leave for the day and we will be communicated further via email.
I wasted my whole day and my one day leave as well.
I mailed HR two times about this but they didn't respond. Nobody wanted to take the responsibility.

My interview was scheduled on 20th December 2022, I joined but the panel was not available so they rescheduled my interview.
I got call from new HR again and they scheduled my interview for today i.e 30th December 2022. But today morning I got a call from another HR saying that my interview is again rescheduled for 6th of January 2023. Again the previous HR is calling me and asking me to join the call for today and i said i was unavailable then she dropped me the mail of opt-out and my profile was put on hold.
There is no proper internal communication between HR team. I am getting numerous calls from HR's for rescheduling the interview. I had confirmed my availability on mails but there is no proper communication between HR team because of which I have to suffer. Also, there is no proper communication on calls, HR's directly dropped the calls.
I had worst experience.

Entrevista
On January, 1st call from Accenture HR came and scheduled the interview. But 1 day before the interview they cancelled and rescheduled it in next week, This went for almost 2.5 months and finally on 8th April Technical and Final Round happened. The questions were not too difficult and I cleared both the rounds.
Till 21st April, I didn't receive any call. On 22nd April, one of the member from HR recruitment team called me and told that HR discussion will happen on 26th April and she scheduled the call. I got a relief that finally something good will happen especially in this pandemic situation. So now, the actual twist comes here.
On 26th April, to my utter surprise, another managerial round happened regarding which I had no prior information. Anyways, I gave the interview and called the POC. She told that the HR round will happen on that day itself.
And guess what? I got a rejection email from Accenture :)
I tried to contact POC but that is of no use. So, I wasn't expecting this from a company like Accenture.

Suppose a developer is trying to find an element and he/she is not able to find that before migrating the code to test environment. But you as a tester know the location, and developer is not agreeing with you that the element is present in that particular location. So, how will you convince the developer. - This was the question by the Accenture DM
You may think I couldn't frame the question properly but believe me this is the actual question.
