Hiring and interviewing was an interactive process. People were pretty nervous and I felt the same, however nerves don't get you the job. Naturally, every person is nervous, but it's how we deal with it, our end goal that makes us who we are. I kept thinking I will help people, I will screen the internet for users to see the real truth.
