Someone from Accenture reached out on LinkedIn and in days I was scheduling a Skype interview. The interview with the Talent Acquisition was fine and we scheduled a interview with the Hiring Manager for a Technical Interview. That interview was one of the worst I had so far. It was as if the interviewer had a reference book open. The questions were formulated in a really broad way. If you answered something that is technically right but out of what they wanted you to answer, they'd lecture you about it like you gave the wrong answer. The feeling I got from the interview is that they want someone that memorizes everything. Having an understanding of things doesn't matter, you need to be sharp as a blade and read their minds. If you never worked with the tools they use but understands how things work you don't stand a chance unless you memorize everything or have google open in a tab.

The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
