Entrevista
All rounds of the interview process were digital. First round of interviews was a basic screening phone call with a recruiter. Most questions asked were related to whether I understood what the job would entail, and which area of Accenture Technology I would most be interested in. I would take note No real questions about my resume or skills, other than asking why I wanted to work at Accenture. This interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Second round was a technical interview, which was over the phone and set up at the end of the first interview for a few days later. While this interview is called a technical, I mostly got a few behavioral questions about leadership scenarios. The most technical it got was a resume overview where I was asked about my familiarity with certain skills I'd listed and to elaborate on some of my noted projects. So long as you're able to explain your resume, you should be fine here. This interview lasted about 25 minutes.
After about a week I got an email from my recruiter asking me if I was still interested in the role, and they set up the final round. The last round had a case interview and confirming interview back-to-back. The case interview was meant to be a video interview, but my interviewer was having technical difficulties so it became a voice-only video interview. I have never done a case interview before, but my recruiter sent me a PDF detailing how a case interview works along with examples. The case interview lasted about 25 minutes.
The confirming interview happened via phone call about 10 minutes later. This had a couple more behavioral questions, but beyond that my interviewer just asked me if I had any questions. This lasted about 15 minutes.
I would make sure to have questions to ask at every step. While each of my interviewers did not have the role I was applying for, they made sure to ask if I had any questions and answered them to the best of their ability. Make sure you do your research on how Accenture is organized as you will likely be asked about it. During the first interview the recruiter will explain more about the organization, and I would strongly advise writing this information down as a future interviewer may ask about that info. I relied on my memory for how the departments in Accenture Technology are organized and believe my response suffered due to mixing up details. I would also make sure to look into how a case interview works long before it is scheduled for you if you have never done one before. Their PDF is helpful for basic information on them, but it is better to get example cases from the internet and practice from them. Lastly, I would write down the names of your interviewers at every stage -- I was given the names of each interviewer whenever I was scheduled an interviewer, but always had a different interviewer call me in every stage except the first interview and confirming interview.

Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.

One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.

A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.

One was a case study we needed to prep and focus on a piece of tech we would build with the tech stack and why.
