Jeweils CV Pitch. Im 1. Interview detailierte Fragen zum Personal Fit und dann Case + Brainteaser. Im 2. Interview Fokus auf dem Case.
MD Interview: Fokus auf Personal Fit und 15 Mins Case am Ende.

Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
