Interview Time took about 6-7 weeks.
First, I had an interview with corporate recruiter, he went thru my resume and explain the position. asked me if i will be interested in the position.
Second phase was a technical phone interview, the person who supposed to call , did not called, so they had to reschedule it, that took over a week to reschedule, which was very inconvenient for me. Finally i got an interview date, the person was senior level, she was indian with heavy accent, almost impossible to understand, she got frustrated when i asked to repeat her questions, her phone connection was not helping the interview at all(it was keep disconnecting, hard to understand a full sentence, i was telling her that her phone is not connecting well , asked her to call me right back, she said no). for some how i passed the interview, i thought i wouldn’t pass because she got angry with me and cut the interview short without even say "good to talking to you" or "Thank you for your time"
I got a call from recruiter, he said I did great on the interview. Couple days later I got an email related with 3rd interview, it had 2 parts, first build a project in salesforce Dev org(they send you all detailed user expectations, and some more questions below, and some extra point coding to add on the project) the project was challenging but nothing more difficult then you get on trailhead. The Second part of the interview is to presenting and explaining the project "how you did it" and "why you did it" , I screen shared with a manager at Accenture to present the project, He was very polite and smart, we had a really great conversation about my approaches to the problem, also told about him how that can be done with coding or process builder etc. I told him about things I’m not so familiar, he understood and told me that I don’t need to know everything. This interview is very technical, you should know what you did in the project.
(if you get the project, do not get any help from others or lie about what you did, just be open and honest)
I thought I was done with the interviews, they wanted me to do final interview with another manager, the recruiter said this was going to be more of "getting to know" and nothing technical. The recruiter said it is gonna be video conference, then asked me to travel to some location to meet in person but I was too far away from the location so we agreed on video conference.
Final interview, it is a video conference, they send you a link to login to conference room, you can do it on your laptop or iPad. Please check your audio before to make sure everything works. During video conference I dressed up with suit and tie, the interviewer was wearing a polo. we went over my resume, and I told him about my projects that I have done and technologies I worked with, then he started to ask heavy technical questions about my project. (again, do not lie about your resume and projects, you will get questions about them). the good thing was , the interviewer was very honest about the process and told me right away how i did and my weak points(cuz i couldn’t answer 1-2 questions, and was not sure 1 of the answers, and i told him that) I guess my honesty helped me, who knows.
The final interview was end of the week, i got the offer following Monday.
