The response rate of Accenture is the fastest, I have seen till date. I got interviewed in less than a week after my application. The interview process and expectations are clearly defined in the email with flexibility on date and time. The interviewer briefs you on the interview process at the start. The interview has two parts; experience based and competency based. The questions were straightforward and concise. It is necessary to research about Accenture, its various Business Units and its competitors. You also need to have a clear understanding of the job description and your application and should be in a position to elaborate on any part of your CV till the interviewer is satisfied.

It was laid back, with typical interview questions. From where are you from, to what position you are applying for (I did a spontaneous candidature), what are your strenghts and weaknesses, etc.

RH : questions classiques (1h)
Principal : étude de cas Type market-sizing (plutôt calculatoire)
Manager : étude de cas type market-sizing, questions-réponses
Les études de cas sont plutôt poussées niveau calculs mathématiques
Semplice e informale, mi hanno parlato soprattutto del lungo processo di selezionamente e dei colloqui che di sarebbero dovuti effettuare. Mi hanno messo a mio agio e sono stati collaborativi.
