Formal, but very relaxed. Nothing too intimidating. Many of the questions asked were very manageable. Technical questions were manageable as well.
The first part is a behavioral interview, which involves talking to a current software engineer. Then you have a technical and case interview portion, which is the most rigorous part. The final part of the interview involves speaking with an Accenture manager about your role in the company.

Firstly to reach interview process there were three stages- aptitude verbal round , coding round and then versant round. Each one of the stages were elimination rounds and after clearing these i received email for interview.
