Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) en may 2015
Entrevista
Video Interview (Prerecorded-questions)
Assessment Centre (Team evaluation + One-to-one)
Throughout the entire process, no details are requested regarding technical skills nor experiences. As a software engineer, that should throw immediate red flags, as many who got through recruitment were relatively incapable at filling the role.

Entrevista
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
